The main public is mostly afraid of cards with annual fees, they simply don't see the value they offer. That isn't us here at ToP though! Cards with annual fees offer the best welcome offers after all. And, most of them offer credits and perks that offset the annual fees. Knowing how to find your card perks is important, but actually maximizing them is even more important. That is why I wanted to compile a list of all credit cards with travel credits so that you don't leave any value on the table each year. I have broken them down by cards with yearly travel credits and ones that reset based on cardmember year.

American Express

  • $200 airline incidental credit
  • $200 annual hotel credit with Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts or The Hotel Collection
• American Express Business Platinum
  • $200 airline incidental credit
• Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card
  • $50 flight credit per quarter
  • $200 bi-annually resort credit
• Hilton Honors American Express Surpass Card
  • $50 property credit per quarter
• Amex Delta Gold
  • $100 annual credit for Delta stays
• American Express Delta Platinum 
  • $150 annual credit for Delta Stays

    • Gift cards work for some airlines.

  • $300 in airline incidental credits
    • Gift cards work for some airlines
  • $150 in lifestyle credit (Uber is easiest)

Citi 

Here are the Citi credit cards that have travel credits that reset every calendar year

• Citi Premier
  • $100 off a hotel stay of $500 or more booked via Citi Travel
• Citi Prestige Card
  • $250 in travel credit
• Expedia Rewards Voyager Card from Citi
  • $100 in travel credits

Chase

Here are the credit cards with travel credits from Chase

• IHG Rewards Premier Credit Card
  • $50 in United Travel Bank Credit
    • $25 in credit from January 1st till June 30th (good until July 15th)
    • $25 in credit from July 1st till December 31st (good until January 15th)
• Ritz Carlton Rewards Card
  • $300 in travel incidental credits
    • You need to ask Chase to apply them most of the time but they are pretty lenient on what counts.

PenFed

Here are the credit cards from PenFed that have a travel credit that resets each calendar year:

  • $100 in airline incidental

Credit Cards With Travel Credits That Reset Based On Cardmember Year

Here are the cards that have a travel credit that resets based on cardmember year instead of calendar year broken down issuing by bank. 

Capital One

Here are the credit cards with travel credits from Capital One that are based on cardmember year:

• Capital One Venture X
  • $300 in travel credits that must be redeemed in the Capital One travel portal.
• Capital One Business Venture X
  • $300 in travel credits that must be redeemed in the Capital One travel portal.

Chase

Here are the cards with travel credits from Chase that are based on cardmember year:

• Chase Sapphire Reserve
  • $300 in travel credits per cardmember year
    • Works for anything that codes as travel
• Chase Sapphire Preferred
  • $50 in hotel credits per year when booked through the Chase travel portal
• World of Hyatt Business Card
  • $100 of credits to use at Hyatt hotels per cardmember year
    • Earn a $50 statement credit per qualifying Hyatt purchase with your World of Hyatt Business Credit Card up to 2 times each anniversary year.

US Bank

Here are the card(s) from US Bank that have a travel credit that resets each calendar year:

• US Bank Altitude Reserve
  • $325 in annual credits for eligible travel purchases and dining, takeout and restaurant delivery purchases

Expiring Travel Credits: ToP Thoughts

Now that you have this credit cards with travel credits guide there is no excuse to leave money on the table. These travel credits play a huge role in offsetting the cost of these card's annual fees so use them up. Some are easier than others for sure, but they all can be managed with diligence. The calendar ones from American Express and Bank of America can offer some opportunities for new cardmembers too.
