Hyatt House Hyatt Studios Promotion

There is a new Hyatt House & Hyatt Studios promotion that I think people are going to be interested in. Hyatt House is one of my favorite entry level brands out there, along with Hyatt Place – which unfortunately isn't a part of this promo this time around. I love the room size you get, and that extra space for a family of four (or five) really comes in clutch. I have yet to stay at the newer Hyatt Studios hotels, but that just means it is another brand explorer option.

Here are the details for this Hyatt House & Hyatt Studios promotion:

Register and then earn 5K Bonus Points on each qualifying stay of 5+ nights completed by December 31, 2026, for up to 50K Bonus Points.

I don't love the requirement to spend 5+ nights in the same hotel to get 5,000 points, but it is much easier to swallow since you get all year to do it. Many of these properties fall into the lower category Hyatt hotels, so it is a decent discount when talking about 1,000 points a night essentially. There are definitely less category 1 hotels then there used to be though. I doubt many people will maximize this out because less than 5 night stays don't build towards the goal.

Offer Terms & FAQ

Here are some notable terms of the Hyatt House & Hyatt Studios promotion:

Register for the promotion between January 20, 2026, and December 31, 2026 to participate.
Only Eligible Stays at participating Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios hotels worldwide completed after registration and between January 20, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) will count towards this promotion.
All Eligible Stays must be completed by December 31, 2026.
Beginning on your first Eligible Stay after registration and during the Promotion Period, you will receive 5,000 Bonus Points per Eligible Stay of five (5) or more consecutive nights at a participating Hyatt House and Hyatt Studios hotel.
For a property to be participating in the promotion, it needs to be participating in World of Hyatt at the time of the member’s reservation and stay.
A maximum of 50,000 Bonus Points may be earned under this promotion.
All points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points.
If a member chooses to earn Partner Loyalty Points as base earning, the bonus will be awarded in World of Hyatt Bonus Points.
For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Stay” is defined as consecutive nights at a participating property where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.
Only the room occupied by the member will count toward this promotion.
Please allow two to three weeks after checkout for Bonus Points to be posted to your World of Hyatt account.

When do my stays need to occur to qualify for the promotion?
Eligible stays must be completed after registration and during the Promotion Period, which runs from January 20, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Members need to check out by December 31, 2026 for the stay to count for the promotion.

Is there a minimum length of stay requirement?
Yes, each Eligible Stay must include a minimum of five (5) consecutive nights at the same property.

Is this offer combinable with other offers?
Yes, this offer can be combined with other offers unless specified otherwise in the terms and conditions of those offers.

If I pay for more than one room during the same stay, will the qualifying activity from each room count toward the promotion? 
No, a member will only receive credit for the qualifying activity for the room the member occupies during the Promotion Period.

Hyatt House & Hyatt Studios Promotion: ToP Thoughts

While I love both of these brands I don't love the requirement for a 5 night long stay to qualify. That makes it more difficult to take advantage of with the way my family travels. We rarely spend 5 nights in the same place anywhere. It could be an amazing promotion for the road warrior out there though. If you routinely spend a few weeks a month on the road, then this should be an easy 50K win for you. The downside is the smaller footprint of both of these brands within the Hyatt portfolio.
