Hyatt Vacation Club at Sirena del Mar Timeshare Offer
They just keep rolling in! Hyatt has recently targeted me for timeshare offers outside of San Diego and Colorado but this Hyatt Vacation Club at Sirena del Mar timeshare offer may be the best yet. I am going to have to see if I can get the wife on board for this one. That could be a tall order since I burned a lot of wife points on our recent Hilton Timeshare offer. Although, she did say she would do it again for a 2 bedroom suite. I guess I'll just have to see what I can pull off with this one!

What Is The Value Of This Offer?
It looks like 3 nights will cost you around $1000 at this hotel when including taxes and resort fees etc. The award cost would be 20K per night on average, or 60,000 points overall, as it is a category 5 hotel. That could fluctuate from the low of 17K to a high of 23K a night depending if it is off peak, standard or peak pricing. If we value the World of Hyatt points at 1.5 cents per point that 60K is worth $900.
The 7,500 points you get with the offer is worth $112.50 if you value them at the same 1.5 cents per point. The points are more valuable than the $100 gift card for most, so I would go with that.
This offer is worth around $1000 – $1100 in value for the room and points for a cost of $349 plus taxes and fees. I guess you could call it a 60% discount on your Mexico vacation.
Hyatt Vacation Club at Sirena del Mar Timeshare Offer: ToP Thoughts
This looks like a really nice resort and it is just down the road from ToP headquarters in Mexico, aka the Waldorf Astoria. You could try to extend your trip with a few nights there tacked on too. I'll have to see what kind of flights I can come up with since it is a tougher destination to get to from the Midwest or East Coast. If we lived on the West Coast I would jump on this in a heartbeat.
Remember to see if you can get more points or a bigger room etc. if you call in to book. It is always good to ask for more, all they can do is say no. This offer looks to be targeted since I had to enter a code but you can call 858.299.7451 to see if you can get added to the list.
Let me know if you were targeted for this offer too over in the ToP Facebook Group.
