Hyatt Timeshare Offer At The Ranahan

What I had hoped would happen when I got my San Diego Hyatt timeshare presentation offer has in fact happened. That offer did end up being a precursor to more Hyatt Vacation Club offers, as I now have a Hyatt timeshare offer at the Ranahan in Breckenridge, Colorado. I'll dive in to all of the offer details and whether or not I think it is worth grabbing. I'll also share the phone number so you can try to get in on this if it interests you even though it appears to be targeted. All they can do is say no after all.

The Value Of This Offer

After doing a few dummy bookings it appears a three night stay will run you from $750 on the low side but closer to $1000 on average. The 7,500 World of Hyatt points are worth an additional $120 or so. I wish the points offer was a bit higher but Hyatt seems to be a bit stingy with the points on these. That is especially true when compared to some of the Hilton and IHG offers out there.

When you combine the three night stay and the World of Hyatt points you are looking at over $1,000 in value for a majority of the dates throughout the year. After accounting for the $350 fee, plus tax, this is about a 60% discount versus booking direct.

Hyatt Timeshare Offer At The Ranahan: ToP Thoughts

The main reason I haven't loved these Hyatt timeshare presentation offers, besides the puny points bonus, is that they are usually limited to one property. I really wish they gave you some options. My son does want to go to Colorado, but that was supposed to be a boys trip. This would need to involve my wife and daughter so I don't know that it will work for us. Plus, the value isn't outsized enough to make it a priority in our travels.

I really want to take advantage of one of these, because the Hyatt Vacation Club properties look to be a step above the competition. It is just a bummer that they are so specific and tied to one property. It makes it less likely that we will be able to use it. I can only hope something that lines up better for us comes through soon.
