Don't Panic: Office Supply 5x Category to Remain on Legacy Ink Plus Card — View from the Wing
Cardholders of the Ink Plus Card (which has been closed for new applications for several years) received an email recently indicating that the office supply category would be removed from the 5x earning categories. Some mild panic ensued. Now, Chase has told Gary Leff at View from the Wing that this email was a mistake and the category will remain. Don't have an Ink Plus card? You can still earn 5x on office supply purchases, among other things, with the Chase Ink Cash card that currently has an all-time high welcome offer.
