SLH Bookings Fixed

Earlier today I shared an update from World of Hyatt about the end of their SLH partnership. I felt like it was as good as could be expected, with Hyatt honoring stays that are booked past the end of the partnership in May. The downside is that you will no longer earn elite night credits after the partnership ends on May 15th. I can not blame them for that though, as they will receive no benefit for the booking after that point. Hopefully Mr. & Mrs. Smith will be online by then as well.

On that post's feed we received some troubling data points in the ToP Facebook Group that people's SLH bookings had disappeared from their Hyatt accounts all together. I figured this was likely a glitch from the partnership ending, but knew it would be stressful for readers. Because of that I reached out to our World of Hyatt contact and asked if they knew what was going on. After a few hours I was informed that this issue has been fixed and members should be seeing these bookings in their World of Hyatt accounts once again.

Let me know if that is the case for you over in the ToP Facebook Group.
