It stinks that the BOGO weekend perk isn't really a true BOGO, and the fact that you need a special rate to book, versus just a standard rate, really stinks. I think this program would only make sense for a business traveler that books a lot of Intercontinental hotels for work trips and wanted to elevate their experience.
