You've gotta love increased earn rates at Rakuten. While I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to make these promos work for me, they are a great opportunity to pick up cash back or travel rewards for things you're already booking. I would double check any existing rental car bookings to see if the 10% at Hertz or SIXT makes sense. Likewise, if a cash stay at an IHG property is in your future, 10%/10X is about as good as it gets!
