New YOTEL Hilton Partnership
Hilton is expanding its lifestyle hotel portfolio once again, this time through a new partnership with YOTEL. As of July 15, participating YOTEL properties have started joining the Hilton ecosystem. YOTEL is known for its compact, technology-focused hotels in and near major cities and airports. The relationship allows Hilton Honors members to earn and redeem points for YOTEL, while giving existing YOTEL Club members a path into Hilton Honors. Here’s what travelers need to know about the new YOTEL Hilton partnership. 8/4/26 UPDATE: The first YOTEL hotels now have official Hilton Honors launch dates—and some are just days away. We’ve added the full rollout schedule below.
YOTEL Properties Are Joining Hilton
As part of the exclusive new YOTEL Hilton partnership, select YOTEL hotels will begin transitioning into the Hilton portfolio in the coming weeks. While the rollout started on July 15, Hilton expects most participating properties to complete the transition by early September. Once a hotel joins Hilton Honors, members will be able to:
- Earn Hilton Honors points on eligible stays
- Redeem Hilton Honors points for award nights
- Receive applicable Hilton Honors elite benefits during their stay
This is welcome news for Hilton loyalists looking for more urban and airport hotel options around the world.
8/4/26 Update: Hilton Releases YOTEL Integration Timeline
Hilton has begun publishing integration dates for participating YOTEL properties as the rollout continues. YOTEL Miami became the first hotel to join Hilton Honors on August 8, followed by YOTEL Boston on August 22.
Additional hotels are expected to transition throughout the remainder of August and September, including YOTEL Edinburgh (August 29), YOTEL New York Times Square (September 5), YOTEL San Francisco (September 5), YOTEL Washington DC (September 5), YOTEL London City (September 12), YOTEL Geneva Lake (September 12), YOTEL Glasgow (September 12), YOTEL Porto (September 12), YOTEL Singapore (September 12), and YOTEL Tokyo Ginza (September 12).
A handful of properties—including the YOTELAIR airport hotels, YOTEL Istanbul Airport, and YOTEL Manchester Deansgate—are not part of the initial rollout and will join Hilton Honors at a later date. As additional activation dates are announced, we’ll continue updating this article.
What Happens to YOTEL Club?
The new YOTEL Hilton partnership also marks the end of YOTEL’s standalone loyalty program. As of July 15, the YOTEL Club has begun winding down. Existing members will receive personalized invitations to join Hilton Honors, with offers based on their previous YOTEL stay history.
Rather than a simple enrollment invitation, Hilton says many YOTEL Club members will receive:
- Instant Hilton Honors elite status
- Accelerated opportunities to earn higher elite tiers
- Personalized offers based on their loyalty with YOTEL
- Members should begin receiving their individual offers.

Early Status Offer Data Points
Reports are circulating about what types of personalized offers the new YOTEL Hilton partnership might bring YOTEL Club members, such as instant Hilton Honors Silver status for 90 days upon enrolling in Hilton Honors. During that 90-day period, staying just two nights at any participating Hilton property—including YOTEL hotels once they've joined the program—would extend Silver status through March 2028. The offer also works for existing Hilton Honors members. Rather than creating a new account, current members can enter their personalized claim code and apply the fast-track offer directly to their existing Hilton Honors account.
This is just one example, and Hilton has stated that offers are being personalized based on each member's YOTEL stay history. Travelers with more extensive YOTEL activity may receive different elite status offers or qualification requirements, so it's worth checking your inbox if you've been a YOTEL Club member. Hilton Honors Members Can Book YOTEL Stays
Hilton Honors members can now begin booking participating YOTEL properties through Hilton channels as hotels complete the new YOTEL Hilton partnership transition. As each property joins Hilton Honors, members will be able to earn Hilton Honors points, redeem points for free nights, receive eligible elite benefits and count qualifying stays toward elite status. Because hotels are transitioning on a rolling basis, availability will vary by property until the process is completed later this summer.
Why the New YOTEL Hilton Partnership Matters
YOTEL has built a reputation around compact, technology-forward hotels in major cities and airports. The brand appeals to travelers who prioritize smart design, efficient use of space, and convenient locations. For Hilton, adding YOTEL helps strengthen its presence in the growing lifestyle and select-service segments while giving Honors members access to more destinations without leaving the Hilton ecosystem. For existing YOTEL Club members, the transition is arguably even more valuable. Instead of losing their loyalty benefits, many will receive a shortcut into one of the world’s largest hotel loyalty programs, potentially starting with elite status from day one.
ToP Thoughts: YOTEL joining Hilton
This looks like a win for both Hilton Honors members and loyal YOTEL guests. Hilton continues to expand its portfolio with distinctive brands, giving members more opportunities to earn and redeem points in destinations where Hilton previously had limited options. The biggest winners may be longtime YOTEL Club members, who could receive complimentary Hilton Honors elite status or accelerated qualification offers based on their previous stays. If you’ve stayed with YOTEL in the past, keep an eye on your inbox for your personalized Hilton Honors invitation. And if you’re a Hilton Honors member, you can start watching for participating YOTEL properties to appear in Hilton’s booking channels as the transition rolls out through early September.
