Air France KLM Visa Signature cardholders can collect 3 Flying Blue Miles per $1 spent on rent up to a $50,000 annual cap. The 3X earnings will max out at 150,000 bonus miles annually. After that threshold, cardholders will earn 1.5 Flying Blue Miles per $1 on rent. The partnership follows the same 3% fee structure as Bilt's other co-brand card partnerships. - Login to your account at Bilt.com or on the Bilt app.
- Fill in your Air France KLM Visa Signature Credit Card info as a payment method, and then select it as your rent payment method.
- Pay rent through Bilt as you normally would.
- You'll earn 3 Flying Blue miles per $1 spent. They should post automatically.
- Once a cardmember has reached the annual cap, they can continue to earn 1.5 miles per $1 on continued on-time payments.

Is It Worth It To Earn Flying Blue Miles For Rent Payments?
First, a few caveats. The Air France KLM Visa Signature Credit Card is an over 5/24 card. Cardholders are also essentially exchanging the 3% fee for 3X earnings. The Flying Blue partnership is not presently available for mortgage payments, only for rent. And Bilt credit card holders may prefer to continue earning transferable currency for their rent payments instead. All that said, this could still be of interest to those who frequently redeem Flying Blue miles and value them at over 1 cent per point. It's possible to get particularly outsize value with the program's monthly promo award deals and by finding saver awards on Air France and KLM and its SkyTeam partners like Delta Air Lines and China Airlines.
