Marriott Bonvoy Fall 2026 Promo

Marriott Bonvoy is out with its latest global promotion. The new promo offers members up to 4,500 bonus points on eligible stays of two or more nights this fall. It runs from September 22, 2026, through November 22, 2026. Those 4,500 Bonvoy points aren't worth a ton, so don't change your plans just for this offer. Still, we always recommend registering for every promo. Even if you don't have any Marriott stays planned, enrolling is quick and easy, and it ensures you won't miss out on points. Free points on stays you were already planning anyway are always nice. Let's take a look at the details of the Marriott Bonvoy Fall 2026 promo.

Details of the Promotion

Unlike some hotel promos that award a bonus beginning with a one-night stay, the Marriott Bonvoy Fall 2026 promo requires staying at least two consecutive nights under the same reservation to earn anything at all:

  • Marriott Bonvoy members can earn up to a total of 4,500 bonus points per stay, with earnings broken down as follows:
    • Earn 1,500 Marriott Bonvoy bonus points on each eligible paid stay of two or more nights.
    • Earn an additional 3,000 bonus points on eligible paid stays of two or more nights at participating Marriott resorts.
  • You must register by November 13, 2026.
  • After registration, the promo applies to stays from September 22, 2026, through November 22, 2026.
  • There is no limit to the number of eligible stays on which members can earn bonus points.

Terms & Conditions of the Promotion

Here are some additional terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy Fall 2026 promo to note:

  • Marriott Bonvoy members must register for the promo before completing an eligible stay. Registration is available through November 13, 2026.
  • Eligible stays must consist of two or more nights under the same reservation.
    • A “stay” is defined as consecutive nights under the same reservation at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
  • Only one room per property per stay will count toward the promo.
  • Only paid stays booked on a qualifying rate are eligible. Award stays, including Cash + Points stays, Free Night Awards and points redemptions, don't qualify.
  • Most stays booked through third-party online travel agencies and other non-qualifying channels are not eligible.
  • Eligible Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays of two or more nights can earn the 1,500-point bonus, but they do not qualify for the additional 3,000-point resort bonus.
  • Exclusions: Stays at BVLGARI, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Marriott Executive Apartments do not qualify, along with certain owner-occupied vacation club stays.
  • Expect the standard 1,500 bonus points to post within 10 business days after check-out. The additional 3,000 resort bonus may take up to 8 weeks to post after the promo earning period ends.
  • Members who elect to earn airline miles instead of Marriott Bonvoy points are not eligible for the promo.

Best Use for the Promo: Short Resort Stays

As with most of these per-stay promos, shorter stays come out ahead. The sweet spot for the Marriott Bonvoy Fall 2026 promo is an eligible two-night stay at a participating Marriott resort. A qualifying two-night resort stay earns 4,500 bonus points (1,500 points from the standard promotion, plus another 3,000 points from the resort bonus). Longer resort stays still earn the same 4,500-point bonus, which means the return gets weaker as the stay gets longer.

And of course, if you value Bonvoy points at around 0.7 cents per point, the 4,500-point offer is only worth about 32 bucks per stay. Definitely not something we'd rework a trip around. But if you book an inexpensive two-night resort stay, it's a much better return than what you'd get after spending a full week at an expensive resort.

Marriott Bonvoy Fall 2026 Promo: ToP Thoughts

Earning 1,500 Bonvoy bonus points on a standard two-night stay isn't going to move the needle much. At that level, this offer is even worse than Hilton's lame fall promo. But if you have short Marriott resort stays in mind, the potential to earn 4,500 points is a little better. Even if you don't currently have any Marriott travel planned, it's always better to register for these promos when they launch, so you don't forget later. After all, you never know when a stay might unexpectedly come up. You might even end up booking a qualifying Marriott property through a luxury program like Chase's The Edit, Amex's Fine Hotels and Resorts or The Hotel Collection.
