United Month of Miles Spending Offer
Our friend Dave W. sent me an interesting offer he received via email. It is a United month of miles spending offer. It came on his no fee United Gateway card, but I assume it will be going out for other card offers too. It appears this is something different from the normal Chase My Bonus offers we see each quarter.

Here are the details for this United card spending offer:
Email subject: YOUR NAME, here's a path to 20,000 bonus miles
- Earn 4,000 bonus miles for spending $2000 in February
- Get another 4,000 bonus miles for spending $2000 in March
- Yet another 4,000 bonus miles for spending $2000 in April
- Earn an additional 8,000 miles if you trigger the bonus all 3 months
That comes to a total bonus of 20,000 miles for spending $6,000 on your card over 3 months. This is in addition to the miles you would normally earn on the spend. That comes out to 4.3 United miles per dollar or spend, if you assume only 1x earning on the spend from the card. Not too shabby!

United Month of Miles Spending Offer: ToP Thoughts
I haven't seen this United month of miles spending offer on our United card as of yet, but I am hopeful. I think getting over 4 miles per dollar is pretty hard to beat for non bonus spend. I also like that the bonus should be fairly easy to reach each month for most people. You could turn this into a mini welcome offer for yourself if you are between cards etc. While it isn't as easy as those 10K Ink authorized user offers, I would still pursue it myself.
