Southwest keeps piling up these interline agreement partners, which is a great first step, but we need a bit more to make it interesting. I think they need to allow Rapid Rewards bookings on at least one of these new partners at some point for me to really start to pay attention.

The only hotel on NYC's Roosevelt Island appears to be closing – TimeOut New York

This is super sad for me. I absolutely love Roosevelt Island, and I have really cherished this hotel. I just poured one out to the hotel's epic rooftop bar overlooking the Manhattan skyline. I missed this news while traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday, but hopefully Hilton gets someone else in there to manage it.
