To celebrate its 25th anniversary, JetBlue is offering a “25 for 25” birthday promotion where loyal JetBlue flyers can earn up to 350,000 TrueBlue points and even get up to 25 years of Mosaic status by flying a certain number of routes with the airline. From now through Dec. 31, you'll earn rewards when you fly JetBlue to 15, 20, or 25 different destinations.
This JetBlue birthday promotion could be potentially lucrative if you live near a JetBlue hub or frequently fly the airline. JetBlue Mosaic status comes with excellent perks like free checked bags, priority boarding, complimentary drinks, and more (full perks here). The opportunity to earn that status for 25 years means you'll enjoy those perks — or get a head start towards a higher tier — for a long, long time. JetBlue points are nothing to scoff at either, as they appear to be the only way to book Mint business class award seats these days.
We dug into the details of this JetBlue birthday promotion and found it could be easier to earn these rewards than you think. Here's what you need to know to take advantage.

From June 25 to Dec. 31, JetBlue TrueBlue members can earn additional bonus points when they fly to at least 15 different airports. The more airports you fly, the more bonus points you'll earn. If you fly to at least 25 destinations by the end of the year, you'll get a boatload of bonus TrueBlue points on top of those you'll already earn. Not only that, you'll also get Mosaic status for the next 25 years.
These are the rewards you can earn with this JetBlue birthday promotion:
- 15 JetBlue destinations: Earn 150,000 bonus TrueBlue points
- 20 JetBlue destinations: Earn an additional 200,000 bonus TrueBlue points (for a total of 350,000 points)
- 25 JetBlue destinations: Earn 25 years of Mosaic 1 status, plus all the above bonus TrueBlue points (350,000 total points)
JetBlue flies to over 100 destinations throughout the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe, so there are plenty of route options to take advantage of this promotion.
What Flights Qualify for JetBlue's Birthday Promotion?
Only flights flown between June 25 and Dec. 31 qualify for the JetBlue birthday promotion. Flights flown prior to June 25, 2025 will not count. Critically, however, if you've already booked a JetBlue flight for later this year, it will qualify. Just be sure to include your JetBlue TrueBlue member number on the booking.
It also matters which fare you book. Blue Basic flights will not count towards this promotion. Only those booked in Blue and above will qualify towards your total of 15 or more unique destinations. Award flights are also eligible.
Only destination airports count towards this promotion. Departure airpots will not qualify. So if you book a one-way flight from New York (JFK) to Los Angeles (LAX), that will only count as visiting one destination.
For flights with connections, each leg of the trip will count as a unique destination (provided you haven't already flown into that airport during the promotional period). For example, say you booked this one-way JetBlue flight from Washington, D.C.-Reagan (DCA) to Fort Myers, Florida (RSW) with a layover in Boston (BOS). RSW and BOS would each count as a destination.
For cities with multiple airports like Washington, D.C., each airport will count as separate destination. So if you flew into DCA on one trip, you could fly into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) on your next trip and that would count as two destinations.

JetBlue Birthday Promotion: ToP Thoughts
This JetBlue promotion won't make sense for every traveler, especially those who don't live near a JetBlue hub or regularly fly with JetBlue. But if you value JetBlue TrueBlue points or Mosaic status, it could be worth booking with JetBlue over another airline to try to earn these rewards. You could even work it out with miles and points in a roundabout way if you have a Amex Business Platinum.
