It is getting close, in terms of value, to some of those Hilton timeshare presentation offers we have seen this year. You will need to convince your spouse to spend a few hours saying no, which may be easier said than done. Many will still think it is worth all the effort because you get a cheap vacation out of it. Offer Details
Get 50,000 points and a 3 night stay in one of the following cities (we have seen it as high at 70,000 points in the past so I would ask if there is any wiggle room there). The offer expires September 30, 2025:

The cost is $199 plus tax to stay at an area IHG hotel. In the past you could stay at a Holiday Inn Club Vacations property the cost is $249 plus tax. I am not sure if that is offered again this time around or not, but the vacation club properties are usually worth the additional cost. To fulfill the terms of this offer, you are required to attend a one to two-hour timeshare sales presentation.

What Is The Value Of This IHG Timeshare Presentation Offer?
A lot of the value of this offer will depend on the normal cost of the hotel for your stay. If it is a busier time of year then the offer could be considered more valuable. I would peg the value of the 3 night stay somewhere in the $600 range, but be sure to check prices for the dates you are considering before buying. That should allow you to get a good grasp on the value the package offers.
As for the 50,000 IHG Rewards points, I value IHG points at $0.005 each which would net you an additional $250. That brings the total value of the offer to $850 for an out of pocket cost of $225 when including taxes and fees.

I think this offer will make sense if you were planning on going to one of the locations on the list anyway. I am not sure I would build a trip around it just for the 50,000 points, since they are not worth a ton more than the cost of the package.
