Here are the Capital One application rules you should be aware of from our guide on all bank’s application rules.
Capital One generally will only approve you for one card every six months. This rule applies to both personal and business cards, meaning you cannot open a personal card and a business card within six months of each other.
Also, Capital One has a two-card maximum, regardless of personal or business. It is virtually impossible to hold more than 2 Capital One cards at a time.

- 5x on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel
Capital One Spark Miles For Business Review: Card Benefits
The Quidget_Spark_Miles card does not offer many benefits. The card's few benefits include:
- No foreign transaction fees
- Up to $100 statement credit towards application for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck
- You can add employee cards at no additional cost\
The Quidget_Spark_Miles card is as straightforward as they come in terms of earning points. You earn 2x on every purchase with no cap. The Spark Miles card gives you access to Capital One's many transfer partners for you to maximize the value of your miles.
The card's welcome offer isn't particularly impressive. We commonly see other banks offer at least 60,000 points for $4,000 spend as a welcome offer, with special offers going much higher than that. So 50,000 Capital One miles for $4,500 isn't the best deal out there. Even considering the fact that you'll earn 2x on that $4,500, you'll fall 1,000 points short of the 60,000 points you could earn from others. That being said, the 59,000 points you'll end up with are nothing to sneeze at.
Benefits aren't the card's strong suit. The credit towards Global Entry or TSA PreCheck is nice, but plenty of other cards offer this same perk.
If you're a business owner looking for a card to set it and forget for all your business purchases, you could do a lot worse than the Quidget_Spark_Miles card. Earning unlimited 2x on everything across the board makes this a potential keeper for those looking for simplicity. Sure, there are other cards with no annual fee that earn 2x on everything like the Blue Business® Plus Credit Card from American Express, but that card has a cap on $50,000 and charges a foreign transaction fee.
Capital One Spark Miles for Business Review: ToP Thoughts
The Quidget_Spark_Miles card is a straightforward 2x on everything business card. The card's simple earning structure offers a greater return with virtually zero effort. The $95 annual fee is a small price to pay for simplicity and access to Capital One's transfer partners.
