It’s great to see another Rakuten bank bonus opportunity. Personally, I am going to keep an eye on this one in November in hopes that the offer increases closer to the holidays. That said, it’s always a gamble since we never know if or when these offers will increase. And on the other hand, the sooner you jump on it, the sooner you’ll have points available.
