Here’s a breakdown of how to use this new Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines Amex offer:
- Enroll in the offer on your eligible card account.
- Earn a one-time $80 statement credit after using your eligible card to spend a minimum of $400 in one or more qualifying purchases of flight reservations online at alaskaair.com, hawaiianairlines.com or via the Alaska Hawaiian app.
- Flights must originate in the U.S. and be charged in USD.
- Expires Sept. 30, 2026.
Offer Terms
Here are the terms to keep in mind on this new Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines Amex offer:
- Offer valid only on Alaska Airlines marketed flights and Hawaiian Airlines marketed flights.
- Flights must be booked direct. Not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
- As the offer is intended for flight reservations, there are several exclusions:
- In-flight spend
- Gift cards
- Baggage fees
- Upgrade fees
- Hotels and rentals and car services
- Group travel, packages, and travel insurance.
- Also not valid on Flight Pass, Alaska trips, Company store, uniform purchases, Alaska Lounge membership, Alaska Lounge merchandise and day passes, purchase of points/miles, Alaska Air Cargo, Hawaiian Air Cargo, Corporate managed travel, Alaska Airlines Freight and Alaska Lounges/Boardrooms at various locations.
- Meet the offer requirements with qualifying purchases, and the statement credits will typically post within 30 days (provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.)
- In some circumstances, however, it may take up to 90 days after the offer end date for statement credit(s) to post. Call the number on the back of your card if the credit has not posted 30 days after the qualifying purchase.
- Credits may be reversed or not issued if a purchase is returned, partially returned, refunded, canceled or modified.
