If Skiplagged is selling flights for over the cost to buy them direct then I think that is a little shady and I don't mind them going after that. But I also don't think the airlines should be fighting skiplagging so hard. If their systems price things that way their customers should be able to do whatever they want with their tickets.

This could be a problem since the TSA doesn't do an ID check most of the time when coming from CLEAR. If they need to start doing that every time to secure everything it limits the usefulness of CLEAR. It would still get you to the front of the line, which can be a big time saver, but not having to pull out ID is a nice perk of the program.
