This brand-new addition to the Crowne Plaza brand has been fully refurbished and will operate as the brand's flagship. Ignore reviews published before September 2026, which refer to an old Crowne Plaza in Times Square that is no longer part of IHG.
American Express to ANA Transfer Issue — Doctor of Credit
There are reports of significant delays in transferring points from American Express Membership Rewards to ANA Mileage Club. Some transfers are fine, while others appear to be initiated on Amex's end but never reach the ANA account. Since these transfers take a few days to complete normally, you may not notice the issue right away. Please share your data points in the Facebook group if you are transferring Membership Rewards to ANA.
