There’s a new Amex Offer that could provide a solid return in rewards on Leading Hotels of the World stays. Targeted Amex cardholders can earn 15,000 additional Membership Rewards points after spending $700 or more at participating Leading Hotels of the World properties. The offer applies to hotels in the U.S. and select international destinations, and is valid through the end of 2026. This is a nice complement to the Leaders Club program’s transfer partnership that launched with American Express this summer. Here’s what to know about the Leading Hotels of the World Amex Offer:
- Spend $700 or more in one or more qualifying purchases, and earn 15,000 additional Membership Rewards points.
- Eligible purchases include room rates and room charges at participating Leading Hotels of the World properties in the United States and select international locations.
- The offer is valid from October 19, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
- Reservations must be made directly through Leading Hotels of the World.
- Make sure to add the offer to your eligible American Express card before making qualifying purchases.
Offer Terms
Here are the terms and conditions of the Leading Hotels of the World Amex Offer:
- The offer is limited to one bonus of 15,000 Membership Rewards points per eligible card member. Cards issued outside the United States are not eligible.
- Valid only at select participating Leading Hotels of the World properties in the United States and internationally. You can find the list of participating properties here.
- Exclusions: Reservations made through third-party booking platforms, resellers or other intermediaries, services or amenities not charged to the room, and stays paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.
- Reservations must be made directly through the U.S. Leading Hotels of the World website, its mobile app or by calling 1-800-223-6800. Qualifying purchases must total at least $700 USD after any applicable foreign currency conversion and must be paid for during the promotional period.
- Bonus points will typically post within 30 days after a qualifying purchase, but they may take up to 90 days after the offer’s expiration date to appear.
