Hilton Stay More, Earn More Promotion

Hilton has finally unveiled a promotion for the back half of 2025. The brand once ran double or even triple point promotions for months at a time, with no gap between promotions. This year started strong with a double points promotion, but May had no promotion at all. Then, June came around with a 1,000 points per stay promotion. That ended August 15th, and we've been patiently waiting for a new promotion ever since. For stays beginning October 1st, you can now register for Hilton's Stay More, Earn More Promotion. The promotion runs through December 31st, 2025. Update 10/24/25: Hilton made this lame promo a little less lame by increasing the points.

Offer Details

Here are the details of the offer:

• Offer valid for stays completed October 1 – December 31, 2025 (“promotion period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio.
  • Hilton Honors™ members must first register at HiltonHonors.com/StayMoreEarnMore prior to completing a stay within the promotion period. 
• Registered Hilton Honors members will earn 1,500 2,500 Bonus Points per stay during the promotion period. 
• Registered Hilton Honors members checking in before October 1, 2025, will receive Bonus Points for their stay if the stay is completed on or after October 1, 2025, and prior to or on December 31, 2025.
• There is no limit to the total number of Bonus Points that may be earned during the promotion period with this offer. However, there are restrictions on the number of Base Points that can be earned on a single stay at certain brands.
• Registered members checking in before October 1, 2025 will receive credit for their stay if the stay is completed on or after October 1, 2025 and prior to or on December 31, 2025.  If a member starts a stay in the middle of the promotion period and check-out after December 31, 2025 a member will not receive the bonus.
• Please allow 6-8 weeks from the completion of your stay for the Bonus Points to appear in your Hilton Honors account.

• Will I earn Bonus Points for Reward Stays with the “Stay More, Earn More” promotion?
  • Yes, as long as the stay is within the promotion period.
• Are all rates included in this promotion?
  • No. A list of ineligible rates can be found under the Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions: Accrual of Points number 3 (listed below). 
    • A “stay” is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, whether or not a guest checks out and checks back in again. Specifically excluded from the definition of “stay” are the following types of ineligible stays:
      • Wholesale / tour operator packages
      • Contracted crew rates
      • Travel agency discount rates
      • Packages exclusively for casino player card holders
      • Unauthorized Members staying on Go Hilton Team Member or Family & Friends Travel Rates
      • Stays secured utilizing Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Hilton Club timeshare programs
      • HiltonGetaways.com bookings
      • Hilton Grand Vacations marketing packages with a sales presentation requirement

It is good to see award nights included in this promotion per their FAQ. Just remember that it is based on a stay, not per night. Checking in and out of the same hotel on consecutive nights won't work to trigger multiple bonuses either.

Hilton Stay More, Earn More: ToP Thoughts

While this promotion is an improvement over the summer offer, it offers a measly 1,500 2,500 bonus points per eligible stay. This is great news for Hilton members with shorter stays at less-expensive properties. Folks with longer stays, or stays at more expensive properties, would better benefit from a double or triple points promotion. Be careful about those New Year's Eve stays, as those completed after December 31st, 2025 won't count for the promotion.
