- If you have or had an any of these open accounts as a primary or secondary account holder with Capital One on or after January 1, 2024, you will be ineligible for the bonus. (Previously this was January 1, 2022.)

- If your account is in default, closed or suspended, or otherwise not in good standing, you will not receive the bonus.

If your account balance decreases to an amount less than $20,000, you will not qualify for a cash bonus. In addition, any additional deposits made during this Hold Period will not qualify you for a higher tier bonus.
