The Travel on Point(s) award travel 1-on-1 consultations is an opportunity to meet privately with an award travel expert from the Travel on Point(s) admin team. These sessions are scheduled at your convenience, last for 60 minutes, and are via Zoom calls.
What do we discuss during these sessions? That is totally up to you! It is your 60 minute session and these award travel 1-on-1 consultations are customized to your needs. Every person is at a different point in their award travel journey and we want to make sure that whatever your level, we are helping you learn and move forward.

What 1-on-1 Consultations Are Not
First, it is very important to note that award travel 1-on-1 consultations are not required. In fact, you will not hear a ToP team member even recommend them to members of our Facebook group when a member needs help. The ToP team, along with tens of thousands of helpful group members, remain available 24/7/365 to offer expert-level, customized advice for your award travel journey. When in doubt, start in the Facebook group.
Second, an award travel 1-on-1 consultation is not a substitute for reading and absorbing as much information as you possibly can. Read our blog posts, spend lots of time in the Facebook group, and practice award searches as often as possible. If you are new to award travel, our Getting Started page is your best friend. Read it, re-read it, and then read it again!
Third, consider these award travel 1-on-1 consultations as private tutorial sessions, for help on a particular topic. The goal is NOT for these consultations to be your only source of learning, but rather customizable tutoring to best help you.
