Monthly Fees

There is a $15 monthly fee for this account. But you can get that waived by doing one of the following things:

• Link a Chase Private Client Checking℠ account
• Provide qualifying proof of military status

Chase Bank Bonus Offer Terms

Here are some of the terms for the offer:

• Articles of Incorporation for Corporations or Articles of Organization for LLCs. Requirements may vary depending on state regulators.
• Checking offer is not available to signers on existing Chase business checking accounts, local, state or Federal Government entities or agencies, Not for Profit organizations, Political Action Committees, or those with campaign accounts, or whose accounts have been closed within 90 days or closed with a negative balance within the last 3 years.
• Signers can receive only one new business checking account opening related offer every two years from the last enrollment date and only one offer per account.
• Bonuses are considered interest and may be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT (or Form 1042-S, if applicable).
• Account Closing: If the checking account is closed by the customer or Chase within six months after coupon enrollment, we will deduct the bonus amount for that account at closing.

$750 Chase Business Checking Bonus: ToP Thoughts

This is a pretty good offer, if you have the cash sitting around to pull it off. The deposit requirements have gone up quite a bit over the years but I still like that there are no direct deposit requirements. The $500 offer may be the best bang for your buck if I am being honest. Tying up an additional $15,000 for $250 just doesn't seem worth it to me. Unless you have no other use for that cash, then by all means take the bump. You probably lose around half of that value to what you could have earned with a 4% -5% savings account and then you will pay taxes on it. Okay, not worth it – stick with the $500 offer.

I will once again implore you to take the offer into a Chase branch and do this offer with a business banker. It will save you hours of headaches since they are super stingy on which business code you pick and it isn't easy finding one that works perfectly.
