The Current ToP Team

As of April 2026, the ToP team consists of 12 points & miles experts. It has 5 full-time and 7 part-time team members. Assigned roles and duties are:

• Facebook group moderation
• Blog writing and editing

• 1-on-1 Consultations and Award Booking Service
• Website/IT
• Operations and administration
• Event planning
• and many more

Remember, Travel on Point(s) is much bigger than our Facebook group, although the group is the core of our community and where we spend the vast majority of our time and resources.

Social Media Moderator + Award Searcher (Full-Time)

At Travel on Point(s), we help everyday travelers unlock the power of credit card points, miles, and loyalty programs to travel the world for nearly free. From in-depth guides to real-time tips and travel inspiration, our mission is to make award travel accessible to everyone.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Moderator + Award Searcher (Full-Time) to connect and share expertise with our Facebook group members and run searches for award flights for clients who use our Award Booking Service.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate searches for ToP’s Award Booking Service (ABS), helping clients successfully secure flights to and from destinations around the globe
• Organize and track searches and performance metrics
• Grow and retain our network of clients, communicating with them as a face of the ABS team 
• Lead one-on-one meetings with Facebook group members and clients, providing card advice and points and mile strategies 
• Actively moderate our Facebook group during scheduled shifts, promptly and accurately responding to posts, removing inappropriate comments and fielding join requests 
• Write and edit short-form blog articles as assigned, including a mix of breaking news, analytical card reviews and strategic award travel guides
• Create engaging original content, shooting and writing trip reports, hotel and airline reviews, and general award travel discussion ToPics
• Collaborate on other projects, from planning our semiannual meetups to coordinating our monthly Zooms for members

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

• Expert-level knowledge of award travel and credit cards
• Extensive experience searching and booking award flights through a wide array of airline programs
• A strong background in written communications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented-environment 
• A friendly and patient disposition at all times
• Availability to work scheduled shifts of no less than 3 hours, with emphasis on weekends (Friday night to Monday morning) plus early mornings (starting at 7 am ET) or late nights (concluding at midnight ET). One or more of these timeframes are required each weeks
