Alaska Airlines makes the Starlux Airlines seat selection process easy and convenient. Once you book, the screen will show you both the Alaska booking code and Starlux. This will also be in your email from Alaska. You want to choose the one lower in the email.

We always recommend researching your seats. The Starlux Airlines seat selection process is very easy, starting with a great website page with many resources. This selection includes seating diagrams and a 3D interactive tool, as well. It even plays the soothing music you will hear onboard.
Selecting Seats
Here are the steps to follow for the Starlux Airlines seat selection process:
Step 1: Go to the Starlux site.
Step 2: Go to Manage My Trip.
Step 3: Enter your booking code and name as requested.
Step 4: That will bring up your flight. Scroll down until you see the seat selection box.
Step 5: Choose your seat. Then click “confirm” at the bottom of the screen to lock in your choice.
Step 6: It will bring up your information again asking you to confirm again. You have now selected that seat, and it will show on the seat selection area each time you go back to that screen.
Seat Selection Support
Starlux used to have a great chat feature that was valuable the one time I had an issue selecting a seat. The airline has since removed that, and it has never come back. It does list a variety of support phone numbers here, though, based on location.
