Southwest 40% Off Sale

There is a nice deal the next few days with the Southwest 40% off sale. The deal goes through the coldest months of the year so it could be a great one to take advantage of. It is also a good time to check your current flights to see if they have dropped! Update 10/20/25: A new 40% off sale is happening now.

  • Book from 10/20-10/23/25
  • For travel on select flights from 12/3/25-3/4/26.
    • Cont. U.S. blacked out 12/19, 12/20, 12/26-12/29, 1/2-1/4, and 2/16.
    • Cont. U.S. travel to Hawaii, intl., and San Juan, PR blacked out 12/18-1/6 and 2/12-2/15.
    • Cont. U.S. travel from Hawaii, intl., and San Juan, PR blacked out 12/18-1/6 and 2/20-2/22.
    • Interisland HI flights excluded.

This will work on any previously booked flights too if they are a part of the promo. Just cancel and rebook them for it to trigger. Double check to see if you can save some points / money.

Southwest 40% Off Sale: ToP Thoughts

Since flights are limited on each route you will want to hit this ASAP to make sure you check your flights before they run out of promotion prices on that flight. I was able to rebook some future flights and save 6K points. Enjoy!
