We at Travel on Point(s) believe strongly in the value of teaching folks how to fish. This means helping our members learn how to plan out their credit card strategies and how to search for and book their own awards. That is why we have all the resources you need to travel on points available on our website and answer questions 24/7 in our Facebook group, all for free. But if you ever need some extra help, we can take care of that too. ToP offers two resources to assist you in upping your award travel game–1 on 1 consultations and our award booking service. Below we share how these resources offer you the individualized award travel help you need.
1 on 1 Consultations
Our 1 on 1 consultation service offers you the opportunity to ask about anything you want about award travel. We can discuss and help you:
- planning out a credit card strategy,
- learn how to search and book hotel or flight awards,
- decide whether pursuing elite status makes sense for you,
- and much more.
The hour is yours to ask whatever questions you have and obtain the award travel help you need. And you will have the undivided attention from one of the admins in the ToP team.
Consultations are also a great way to learn how to run award searches if you need more help after reading our guide. During the session, we can show the steps that you can replicate yourself to find that great flight.

Award Booking Service
With our award booking service, you supply the information about your itinerary and the points you have. We will then search and identify options for you and tell you how to book your flights. After sending you our search results, we make ourselves are available for 24 hours to help with any questions related to the booking. In our search results, we will also tell you the options you have with your points to make the booking. And rest assured: we adhere strongly to an “I personally would fly these flights” policy. If we wouldn't book it for ourselves, friends, or family, then we are not going to send those results to you.
Our award booking service is a helpful resource if you don't have the time or bandwidth to learn how to run your own award searches, or if you think you exhausted all your search options. We would much rather teach you how to run your own award searches for years to come. But we recognize that life happens and sometimes you just need someone to do the work for you.
