New Citi Travel Offer
Now's a good time to check off your annual Citi Travel credits. In celebration of the 3-year anniversary of Citi Travel, select cardholders are being targeted for a new Citi Travel offer for $50 in savings on hotel bookings. These deals can be stacked with the travel credits already built in to some Citi cards, making it an ideal moment to line up a reservation. And while we regularly list reasons not to use travel portals, sometimes card incentives like this are worth it. Targeted Citi Offer
If you're targeted for the new Citi Travel offer, a banner will appear when you click on the Citi Travel portal or “Rewards & Offers” and then “Offers for You” on the desktop website. You can also locate them in the app by clicking on “Book Travel” or “Offers.” Here are the key details:
- Enjoy $50 off a one-time hotel stay of $300 or more when booked through Citi Travel.
- There may be other versions floating around.
- The promotion will be automatically applied at the time of booking.

Terms & Conditions
Note these terms & conditions of the new Citi Travel offer:
- Valid for one hotel booking made between May 27-29, 2026.
- No minimum hotel nights required. (But if you are stacking it with the Citi Strata Elite's annual hotel credit, you'll need to use it on a stay of at least two nights.)
- Stays must be prepaid through Citi Travel (powered by Rocket Travel by Agoda) or 833-737-1288.
- Must use a Citi card that can be used for Citi Travel bookings, except for Citi ThankYou Mastercard and Citi Corporate Cards. This offer is non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made by the primary cardmember but can be in the name of either the primary cardmember or another person.
- Can not be applied to existing bookings made before 5/27/2026.
Stacking The Offer
The new Citi Travel offer can be paired with credits already built into some Citi cards. If you have the Citi Strata Premier℠, stack it with the annual $100 off of a $500+ single hotel stay. If you've got the Citi Strata Elite℠, use it with the $300 hotel credit for a stay of two nights or more. Both of these benefits require Citi Travel portal bookings to use, anyway. The cards' included credits and this offer both apply at checkout, as confirmed in this test booking below. This eliminates some of the guesswork of waiting for a statement credit to post, making these deals super easy to use. Simply add the hotel you're eyeing to your cart and begin the checkout process. You'll be able to easily see your exact savings and the total cost before confirming your booking.
New Citi Travel Offer: ToP Thoughts
The $50 savings isn't super significant on its own and likely wouldn't make it worth it to use the portal. But it gets much better if you haven't used your annual credit(s) yet and can stack it with the offer. If you have an offer on the premium card, for example, you can save up to nearly 17% on your booking from this deal alone, plus take advantage of your $300 credit.
