The Hyatt 20% points promo is back! This seems to come around every year about this time but this year is a little different than past promotions. It seems like World of Hyatt got a little stingier this time around, or wants to push certain brands at least. In the past World of Hyatt and World of Hyatt Business credit cardholders could get 20% off ALL World of Hyatt stays. This year it is only for select hotel brands within the Hyatt portfolio. Having said that, it is still a great offer that will help many save on their travels.

Register before your next journey to earn 20% back in Bonus Points on qualifying redemptions at Hyatt's Independent Collection brands:
- When you stay between July 11 and September 17, 2023.
- Register by August 15, 2023.

This promotion is valid only for World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers who register for the promotion between July 11 and August 15, 2023. Only points redeemed for stays completed between July 11 and September 17, 2023 (“Promotion Period”) will be eligible for this promotion.

World of Hyatt Credit Cardmembers can receive 20% Bonus Points back on the World of Hyatt points they redeem for Free Night Awards, Points + Cash stays, room upgrades, dining and spa services, at JdV by Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, and The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Hotels during the Promotion Period. To qualify, credit card account must be open at the time of fulfillment. Chase is not responsible for the provision of, or failure to provide, the stated benefits and services. Bonus Points will post directly to your World of Hyatt account and will not appear on your credit card statement. Maximum 30,000 Bonus Points per transaction may be received under this offer.

While I always look forward to this promotion each year I am a little sad with this one. I don't have any planned stays at eligible properties during the promo, at least yet that is. I do have some Hyatt stays though, and those would have normally counted. You can't win them all I guess. Hopefully some of you have some stays upcoming that will fit nicely with this Hyatt 20% points promo.
