There is also a Discover cashback Amazon offer going right now (and you know how much I love myself some Discover). The best part? It only takes 1 penny of Discover cashback to lock in big savings. This pay with points Amazon offers used to work on third party gift cards, but that doesn't seem to be the case any more (at least in my experience). You will need to find some eligible items shipped and sold by Amazon that will count instead.

Hopefully you have a Discover lying around somewhere from your old college days so that you can take advantage of this Discover cashback Amazon offer. When you go to redeem your cash back each month (hopefully from some 5x earning) be sure to leave a few pennies in there just for this occasion. I was targeted for $10 off of $75 this time around.
