Save On Streaming: ToP Thoughts

Hopefully this streaming Amex Offer is widely targeted. I haven't had a chance to check my cards myself, but I will later tonight. I would probably try to make 3 separate payments back to back to back. Even if that meant running a negative balance a little bit to do it. I am not going to switch around my entire auto-billing set up for $10. But, I would spend a few minutes making the 3 quick payments to trigger it, if that is possible.
