Regarding this particular deal, veranda cabins are often several hundred dollars more than an oceanview cabin, so this upgrade allows you to experience veranda life without spending the extra money. We do have to warn you though that it is hard to go back to an ocean view cabin once you experience a veranda.
Some information about veranda cabins on Celebrity that is super important: Celebrity offers three different kinds of verandas – your traditional veranda with sliding glass doors, a porthole veranda which also has sliding glass doors but the viewable area is in a large porthole rather than full viewing, and an infinite veranda. Infinite verandas have only been on the scene the last 7 or so years and they bring the veranda into your room and you open the veranda by pushing a button to bring the glass down. It is important to note that with this promotion you are booking a guarantee cabin so you do not have control over the location of your cabin or the type of veranda you have.
