United Mile Play Promotions

There is a new round of targeted United Mile Play promotions that have gone out. What you get offered, if you get anything, will depend on your particular account. It only takes a few seconds to check your account but you will need your United MileagePlus number to check. There are some decent offers but most are only useful if you already have a United Airlines flight booked anyway.

My United Mile Play promotions offer was the following:

Book and take a trip in a premium seat 1 time to get 7,100 bonus award miles.
- Book and take a trip in a premium seat on United or United Express® by September 20, 2023, spending at least $400 per trip.

Book and take 1 trip of $225 or more to get 12,000 miles.
Book and take 1 trip of $100 or more to get 3,000 miles.
Book and take a trip 1 time and earn 3x bonus miles, up to 15,000 bonus award miles.

United Mile Play Promotions: ToP Thoughts

Hopefully most of you are targeted for one of these United Mile Play promotions. If I had gotten a better offer, like the 12,000 miles after a $225 flight it may encourage me to change an upcoming flight to United Airlines. The main problem is United is rarely the best option out of Detroit. If you already have an upcoming flight on United booked then hopefully these offers fall in line so you just rack up some extra miles for something you were going to do anyway.
