Track Your Bank Of America Bonus
There is no doubt that Bank of America lags behind their competitors in terms of tech and user friendliness. If you need proof just try to make a payment on your BOA business card and you will see what I am talking about. Although, this has gotten better for some. That is why I was pleasantly surprised to see a new (at least to me) way to track your Bank of America bonus on new card accounts. I have never noticed this before and I wasn't able to find anything on a few searches about it. That leaves me to assume the welcome offer tracker is a new, and welcomed, touch.

It appears the sign up bonus tracker may only be on the personal cards, at least for now. I recently signed up for a Bank of America business card and never saw it appear on that account. It showed on my new Bank of America Premium Rewards Elite Visa Infinite card a day after approval. Yes, I decided to jump on the increased offer after all. My wife signed up for one as well and her account also shows the bonus tracker. Our applications took jumping through a few hoops to get final approval, but I'll discuss that in a future article.
Where Is The Bank Of America Bonus Tracker Located?
The welcome offer tracker appeared on my card account when logged into my Bank of America account. This only shows on a desktop for me. I was unable to get it to come up on the Bank of America app. I will say that it takes a minute or more to populate when you click through to the new card account's page. Once it fully uploads here is what it looks like:
I am not sure if this is something only showing on their Premium Rewards Elite cards or if it is available on any personal card. If you have signed up for a Bank of America card recently let me know in the ToP Facebook Group if you see a tracker as well.
How To Track Your Bank Of America Bonus: ToP Thoughts
Hopefully this new feature that helps you track your Bank of America bonus on new card accounts is something we see on all BOA cards. I always like it when they make it easy for us to follow along. Something Amex could do better, especially with their system being wonky lately.
This welcome offer tracker does two things I like. First, it helps me see where I am at in the process of earning my bonus without having to add up multiple statement totals etc. Second, it confirms the details of my welcome offer and shows that it is properly attached to my account. Life would be much easier if every banking institution did something similar.
