There is a new IHG Amex Offer that could save you up to 20% on your next stay. It is one of the better hotel Amex offers out there in my opinion. It is easily achievable, at only a $250 requirement, and could even be a great option for some room charges on a points stay. Let's take a look at the offer details.

Get a one-time $50 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $250 in one or more purchases on room rate and room charges, when you pay for your stay at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts US properties from 3/14/2024 to 6/15/2024.
This is a targeted offer & must be added to your card before using.

Offer Terms

Here are some notable terms for the IHG Amex Offer:

Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels.
Offer valid in the US and US territories at participating IHG® Hotels & Resorts.
Valid only for:
- Holiday Inn®
- Holiday Inn Express®
- EVEN® Hotels
- avid® hotels
- Atwell Suites™
- Garner™ Hotels brands under IHG.
  - Excludes all other brands.
Reservations must be made directly through IHG online at IHG.com, by calling 1-877-424-2449, or through the US merchant mobile app IHG®.
Excludes gift cards and electronic gift cards.
Offer only valid on room rate and room charges.
Offer not valid for lodging stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date.
Valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 6/15/2024, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
The enrolled Card account must be active, not past due, canceled, or have a returned payment outstanding to receive the statement credit.

IHG Amex Offer: ToP Thoughts

If you have an upcoming stay at one of the included brands then you will want to look for this offer. Even if you don't have a cash stay booked, the offer could come in handy for some room charges while on property. Be sure to check all of your Amex cards, but try to add it to one that earns bonus points on travel or hotels.
