How To Turn Marriott Bonvoy Points Into Starbucks Stars

Once you link your Marriott and Starbucks accounts you can then transfer Marriott points to Starbucks Stars (transfer landing page). There is no doubt that the ratio seems bad at first glance:

While 10 to 1 seems steep, we at ToP know better than to judge a point by its cover. Not all points are created equal after all, and Starbucks Stars are pretty valuable. If you like Starbucks, and have a small stash of Marriott Bonvoy points in your account, then this could be a way to get some value for them.
