This offer is not as good as the massive 150K offer at the beginning of the year or the 100K offer a few weeks back, but it could still make sense for some. Let's take a look at the details.

New Hilton Timeshare Offer: ToP Thoughts

If this offer had come out a year ago etc. it would have looked a lot better. With what we have seen over the last few months it just isn't as exciting because of the cash outlay. It is 4 nights instead of 3 nights but that isn't worth a $250 increase in my opinion.

If you have a trip planned to one of the areas and didn't grab one of the previous offers I think it still makes sense. You will come out ahead since the offer prices will likely be around 50% the cost of cash prices. Then you get 100,000 Hilton Honors points that mostly offset that cost. So it is a near zero net cost overall but it doesn't offer outsized value like some of the previous offers. Because of that I wouldn't go out of my way to do this one.
