Bilt Adds Marriott Bonvoy As A Transfer Partner
We have some good news to share with you today, Bilt added Marriott Bonvoy as their newest transfer partner. While it isn't the most valuable transfer partner out there it was surprisingly the most requested addition Bilt had from their members. On ToP of that you can earn some bonus Bilt points for linking your account and the refer a friend bonus is getting a huge boost for a limited time!
Bilt Transfers To Marriott Bonvoy Now
First up is the addition of Marriott Bonvoy to the Bilt transfer partner lineup. This is Bilt's 15th transfer partner and it transfers at a 1 to 1 rate. It gets better if you transfer in 20,000 point chunks since you get a 5,000 Bonvoy point bonus at that point. The transfers can take up to 48 hours to go through, but most should be instant.
Marriott Bonvoy points are worth around $0.007 a piece on average so this is one of the lesser partners Bilt has in terms of average expected value. That doesn't mean that there won't be some times where you are getting more than that on a hotel booking though. If cash rates are sky high it could be worth transferring over. I would still consider moving Amex Membership Rewards instead though since those are less valuable than Bilt points. The 5,000 point bonus for 20K transfers could make the difference though in certain situations. Maybe Bilt will have a transfer bonus that makes it worthwhile in an upcoming rent day etc. though.

Get Free Points For Linking Accounts
Bilt always offers bonus points simply for linking accounts with their transfer partners. With the Marriott Bonvoy addition you have another chance to rack up some points. You get 100 Bilt points for linking your Marriott Bonvoy account in the Bilt app. It isn't much, but it should only take a few moments. Be sure to link up all of your loyalty accounts to rack up more bonus points too.
Referrals Get 10,000 Points For A Limited Time
To celebrate the Bilt Mastercard winning the best no fee card category at the TPG Awards they are quadrupling the refer a friend bonus for a limited time. You now get 10,000 points per friend that signs up, plus a 10,000 point bonus for every 5 referrals. That is 60,000 points for 5 refer a friend sign ups. This will only go on for a few weeks and ends November 20th.

While Marriott Bonvoy isn't the most valuable transfer partner it is always good to have options. I like that you get a 5K bonus for transferring 20K too. That may be valuable enough to take advantage on certain hotel redemptions where you are getting over 1 cent per Marriott Bonvoy point.
Be sure to link up your accounts in the app even if you never plan on using it for another 100 free points. If you have any friends that need the card 10,000 points is an awesome bonus right now for the referrer. There is a good chance they get targeted for the 5x earning for 5 days new account offer too (although not guaranteed).
