Evermore Orlando Resort Joining Hilton

You could say that I am more than a bit excited about this news. My buddy Mark from Jackson Jetsetting first noticed that Evermore Orlando Resort is joining Hilton. The amazing property is now appearing in searches for the Orlando area. I reached out to see when this should be fully online / bookable with Hilton, but they were not able to give me a timeline for that. They did say that it will be a Curio Collection property within the Hilton portfolio. The Evermore Orlando Resort is already open and operational, so I don't think it will be too long until it is fully integrated.

Why This Is Amazing News

I recently stayed at the Conrad Orlando (our full review here), which is situated on the Evermore Orlando property. The cool thing about staying at the Conrad is that you get full use of everything that Evermore has to offer, including that amazing lagoon pool (or is it a lake?). Well, at least everything in the public areas.

What you do not get access to is the houses, flats and villas for rent on the Evermore Orlando Resort property. These could be amazing options for larger families, or for more of group trip. You know, for those travels when a hotel room just won't do. The coolest thing is that many of the houses have a private pool in the back yard!

Where I Am Cautious About This

The downside to this exciting news is that we have no idea how these will be priced. We also are not sure if everything available on the Evermore Orlando Resort property will be bookable with Hilton Honors points. I sure hope there be some options for using the most valuable free night certificates on the market at least.

I imagine that booking villas and houses etc. with Hilton Honors points won't be cheap. Will they at least break out some smaller options for standard award availability? How will it compare to the cost of the Conrad Orlando, which is already an amazing booking option? These are all questions that will need to be answered once the property comes online.

Evermore Orlando Resort Joining Hilton: ToP Thoughts

There is no doubt that the Evermore Orlando Resort property is my favorite resort in the United States. That was when only the Conrad Orlando was a bookable option with points too. If there is a similar value to be had in the actual Evermore property, then this could extend as a favorite beyond our borders. I have a sinking feeling in my stomach that it will be insanely expensive with points, but I hope for some sort of standard award availability mixed in there.
