Domestic Options For Hilton Free Night Certificates
Hilton has devalued (and then backtracked a bit) much of its program in 2025. Top-tier, aspirational options might now be more out of reach for a “typical” points redemption. However, the best domestic Hilton free night certificate uses remain unchanged. That's because these certificates are usable at almost any Hilton worldwide, so long as there is standard award availability available. Even if the hotel costs 250,000 points a night, a single certificate can earn you a free night's stay. There are many options available in the United States to use these certificates, but which ones are best? Here are 11 of our favorite domestic options for Hilton free night certificates.
Table of Contents
ToggleRusty Parrot Lodge and Spa, Wyoming
One of the unique options available to Hilton Honors members through the brand's partnership with SLH, the Rusty Parrot Lodge is right in the middle of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The city is a pricey destination to begin with, but with a Hilton Honors Free Night Certificate, it could be free! Rates begin at 130,000 Hilton Honors points if paying with points, or $400 per night.
Riverview Ranch, Montana
Another rustic option with your Hilton Honors certificate, the Riverview Ranch is an all-inclusive option with very tough availability. You'll be rewarded, as rates soar well above $5,000 a night, or 200,000 Hilton Honors points.
This is a true all-inclusive with beer, wines, and meals (including packed lunches for hiking) included. This one is high on my list, but it'll take some real planning.
L'Auberge de Sedona, Arizona
Another SLH option on the list, L'Auberge de Sedona is one of the best resorts in the state of Arizona. It has an excellent location in the center of Sedona, which is a great destination on its own. The Grand Canyon is a day trip away as well. L'Auberge starts at 140,000 points per night, or $600 if paying cash.

Conrad / Evermore Orlando
The Conrad Orlando is one of the most interesting hotel developments in years, and I was one of the first to visit. Its massive crystal blue lagoon features tons of activities around its shores, including a massive family waterslide and rope swing. It shares access with the Evermore Resort, which is also a Hilton property. Food and beverage on property is stellar, including the rooftop Ceiba. Fair warning, resort pricing is in effect!
Rates start at 90,000 points a night for standard rooms (luckily, this was recently reduced from the great devaluation). Cash rates start at about $500 per night.
You can also redeem free night certs at the attached sister property Evermore. These will book you into a two bedroom 1,800 square foot condo, which is pretty amazing. The cost for these rooms is often in the 120,000 – 135,000 range, which makes it an outstanding option for free night certificates. You do need to book a minimum of a 2 night stay here. The reps should be able to combine multiple Hilton free night certificates to make that happen though.
Domestic Options For Hilton Free Night Certificates: Baker's Cay Resort, Key Largo
Another favorite of mine in Florida, the Baker's Cay Resort is a great pick for those looking to stay in the Florida Keys. It's located on Key Largo, so it's not as long as a drive from Miami as Key West. Rates start around $320 per night, or 90,000 Hilton Honors points per night here.
The Boulders Resort & Spa, Arizona
A local staycation favorite of my family, The Boulders is a classic resort located north of Phoenix/Scottsdale in the city of Carefree, Arizona. This resort is built in, well, the boulders of the area, making it feel like it's located on another planet. Two great golf courses, an incredible spa complex, and great stargazing would be a fun diversion. Rates start at 86,000 points per night for standard rooms (which are casitas), or around $300 a night.
Hotel del Coronado, San Diego
The Hotel del Coronado is one of the United States' classic oceanside resorts, built in the 1800s and still going strong. It's located near San Diego on Coronado Island, with exclusive areas of Coronado Beach just for hotel guests. If you're a fan of Walt Disney World, this is one of the hotels that the Imagineers designed the Grand Floridian after. Rates hover around $350 a night in the low season, or 100,000 points per night.
Grand Wailea, Maui
The Grand Wailea is another property I've reviewed for ToP in the past. I have mixed feelings about the resort. If I had some spare Hilton certificates, it's a decent option on a great stretch of Maui's coastline. The pool complex is one of the best in the world. The food and beverage can get a little pricey in my opinion, which detracts heavily from my enjoyment of the resort. Standard rates begin at 110,000 points per night, or $600 per night.
Domestic Options For Hilton Free Night Certificates: Waldorf Astoria, Monarch Beach
The Waldorf Astoria, Monarch Beach is located in Dana Point, California, which is a little south of Laguna Beach. This resort features one of the only private beach clubs in California, which resort guests receive access to. We stayed here for five nights in the summer of 2024 and were blown away by the beauty of the entire property (it's a former St. Regis). Rates start at 95,000 point per night, or $650 if paying cash.
Waldorf Astoria, Beverly Hills
I haven't stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills personally since it opened in 2017, but the property is spectacularly located if you'd like to feel like a Kardashian when visiting Los Angeles. The rooftop pool has that glitzy vibe you crave when splurging on a hotel like this. Plus, the house car is a Rolls-Royce, which can drive you within 3 miles of the property, complimentary. Rates hover around $800 per night if paying cash, or 120,000 Hilton Honors points per night.
Waldorf Astoria, Park City
Ski-in, ski-out can be quite pricey, so having an option for your Hilton Free Night Certificates can be a game-changer in an expensive city like Park City, Utah. Rates for the Waldorf Astoria Park City start under $350 per night in the summer, but skyrocket in the winter. Points rooms can be had for 110,000 per night.
