70K Amex Business Checking Offer: ToP Thoughts
The 70K Amex Business Checking offer is pretty great if you are targeted. If not, then I would try to get an offer for at least 50K when signing up. I have had this account for a few years now, but I haven't used it a ton after earning the welcome offer. The interest rate, debit card earning (although many can do better with Discover) and cashing out points at 1 cent a piece options could be useful for some. Especially since the online cash out option is back to working again. I do love that the bonus is fully transferrable Membership Rewards points too. That makes it better than a normal checking bonus for most.
You will receive a 1099 for this bonus, most likely valuing the points at 1 cent a piece.
